By creating an account or using Buzzspot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using Buzzspot on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Buzzspot provides an AI-powered assistant platform that reads your website content, generates a knowledge base, and deploys a conversational AI interface on your website. Features include but are not limited to knowledge base management, conversation analytics, lead capture, and integrations with third-party tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support.
You agree not to use Buzzspot to:
Buzzspot offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial-month cancellations unless required by law.
The Buzzspot platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Intecons. You retain full ownership of the content you provide. By using Buzzspot, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Your use of Buzzspot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
Buzzspot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intecons shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your Account Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to be retained.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Buzzspot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes.
