At Buzzspot, we aim to maintain a transparent billing and cancellation policy. This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled.
All subscription payments made for Buzzspot plans are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide full or partial refunds for the remaining subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When a subscription is cancelled, the cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle from occurring.
After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will automatically expire on the last day of that billing cycle.
Buzzspot does not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time if a subscription is cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or billing errors. Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of Buzzspot after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
